How heavy is the counter?
âžś This is designed for portability. The entire kit in its bag is light enough for one person to carry over their shoulder across a large exhibition hall.
Is it sturdy enough for a laptop?
âžś Absolutely. While lightweight, the 3-pole aluminium structure and solid base are designed to support tablets, laptops, and promotional materials common at trade shows.
How stable is the oval shape?
âžś Very. The oval base provides a wide footprint that makes the counter incredibly stable on exhibition hall carpets, while the rubber feet prevent slipping on hard retail floors.
Do I need a toolkit to assemble the counter?
➜ No tools required. The system uses a twist-and-lock logic where the pole sets are manually rotated into the base and countertop. It’s designed to be assembled by a single person in about 5 minutes.
What is the difference between this and the Fabric Square Counter?
âžś Aside from the shape, it comes down to flow. The Oval Counter is better for open spaces where you want to encourage movement around the desk, whereas the Square Counter offers a more traditional, structured “front-desk” feel.
How do I get the wrinkles out?
âžś The stretch in the fabric is designed to pull tight across the frame. Any fold lines from the bag will naturally disappear once the graphic is zipped over the struc
Can I wash the fabric graphic?
➜ Yes. One of the best things about the Vista range is its longevity. If the fabric gets scuffed during setup, just pop it in a cold wash on a gentle cycle and air-dry. The dye-sublimation ink is embedded in the fibres, so your graphics won’t fade or crack.
I want double-sided printing for my Vista counter.
➜ The Vista counters come with single-sided printing only. If you need double-sided fabric tube displays, you may want to check out our individual Straight and Curved wall variants.
Can I use this outdoors?
➜ The Vista displays are designed for indoor use (trade shows, retail spaces, conferences). You will also need a flat surface to ensure that the display remains stable, so we highly recommend using this indoors.
