If any product falls short due to issues with materials or workmanship, we’ll make it right with a repair or replacement. Below, we provide detailed guidelines on our return, refund, and warranty policies, designed with your needs in mind.

Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

Our goal at Exhibit Central is to ensure that you’re satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that certain circumstances may limit the availability of refunds, including:

  •  Change of mind
  •  Product issues that can be repaired or replaced
  • Custom-printed products where errors were approved before printing
  • Personal preference-based returns, such as if the product doesn’t align with your taste or expectations without a specific quality issue

If a concern arises after purchase, our team is here to help. Rather than a refund, we can offer a replacement or repair based on what best resolves the issue, as determined by Exhibit Central.

For Custom Prints

At Exhibit Central, each fabric is printed with your unique design, as a result we cannot offer refunds for custom prints. We take care to provide proofs and artwork templates for your approval to ensure your satisfaction.

We encourage you to carefully review all artwork prior to final approval, verifying graphics and checking for low-resolution elements. Remember, colours may vary due to different screen displays, materials, or printing processes. Reprints or print runs at different times may also result in slight colour differences. While we oversee each project with care, Exhibit Central cannot be responsible for these minor variations.

Fabric Inspection

Upon receiving your order, we highly recommend inspecting all fabric components with the same care as hardware. Within two weeks of receipt, please check the fabric for colour accuracy, any marks or ink smudging, fit with the hardware, and silicone stitching. Promptly addressing any concerns within this period allows us to ensure your fabric remains in its best condition, as post-delivery factors, like storage conditions, may impact its quality.

Replacement or Repair Process

We aim to resolve any product issues swiftly and efficiently. Here’s our step-by-step approach to replacements and repairs:

1. Confirm it’s a factory defect – In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, such as misaligned parts or malfunctioning components, please contact us immediately. We’ll work to resolve any manufacturing-related issues.

2. Document the issue – To help us expedite your request, please send an email describing the defect in detail, along with photos. This will allow our team to assess and prioritise a swift resolution.

3. Prepare for return shipping – Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the return process. If required, the customer is responsible for returning defective items. A replacement or repair will be processed once the items have been received and inspected unless otherwise arranged.

For a smooth return experience, package items as directed by Exhibit Central and include any provided return labels. Please return items in their original packaging, unused, and in good condition, with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact. Items should show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Sustainability Commitment

At Exhibit Central, we’re committed to eco-friendly practices by promoting the long-term use of our products. If your display shows wear after several years, consider our affordable replacement parts to keep your display functional and reduce waste. Please note that replacements due to normal wear and tear are not covered by our warranty policy but hold spare parts that we sell to our customers at cost price.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Exhibit Central stands behind the quality of our products with the following warranty coverage:

– Hardware faults, provided they are not due to customer use
– Electronics faults, provided they are not due to customer use

Our warranty coverage varies by product line:

  • Lumi: 30-day warranty on hardware, effective from the date of receipt
  • Expolinc products: Lifetime warranty on hardware (excluding normal wear and tear or misuse)
  • Trax: 30-day warranty on hardware, effective from the date of receipt
  • Vista: 30-day warranty on hardware, effective from the date of receipt 
Prints are generally covered by a two-week warranty period from the date of receipt. 

If the designated warranty period has expired, please reach out to our team. We strive to assist with repairs or provide replacement parts, depending on the best solution.

Warranty Claim Process

We aim to make the warranty claim process straightforward and supportive. To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Notify us within the product’s warranty period.
  2. Provide a detailed description and photos of the issue.
  3. Allow our team to assess the situation and offer a resolution.

If the claim is approved, we’ll begin the replacement or repair process. The customer is responsible for attaching return labels and repackaging the product for return, as necessary.

Testing for Warranty Claims

If it’s unclear whether an issue qualifies for warranty coverage, the customer may need to return the product for testing at their own expense.

  • Testing Procedure – Our team will thoroughly test the product to confirm any faults. If a fault unrelated to customer handling is confirmed, we’ll repair or replace the product as needed and reimburse the return shipping cost initially paid by the customer.

  • If No Fault is Found – If testing shows no fault, the customer will cover the return shipping cost back to them and will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Associated Costs

Our warranty liability is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the product. Exhibit Central is not responsible for any additional costs that may arise from a warranty claim, such as installation expenses. To help avoid additional costs, we encourage you to inspect your product upon delivery.

Outside of business hours, our team regularly monitors emails, and in emergencies, we extend our support even during weekends.

Spare parts management

With an inventory worth $100,000 in spare parts, we guarantee dispatch within 24 hours in the event of part loss or breakage.
